Series 1 – Professional Short Course on “RF-EMF Radiation & Public Health: 5W1H”, was successfully conducted on 12 August 2021 by Wireless Communication Centre (WCC), Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in collaboration with Badan Kawalselia Radiasi Perubatan (BKRP) through the Zoom video conferencing platform and attended by 25 participants from Bahagian Kawalselia Radiasi Perubatan, Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia.
This online short course is designed for government agencies, industry regulator and industry stakeholders whom are involved in policy-making, regulation & enforcement and general public communication on subject-matter related to RF-EMF radiation from radiocommunication infrastructure (e.g., Cellular base station and mobile phone) and its public health concern.

The objectives of this course are to raise awareness and understanding on electromagnetic field (EMF) emission from communications and multimedia industry, with specific focus on EMF at radio frequencies (RF-EMF).
