AUN/SEED-NET SPONSORSHIP

We are pleased to inform that the ASEAN University Network/Southeast Asia Engineering Education Development Network (AUN/SEED-Net) will provide financial support for up to 20 oral presenters in this conference. The support will cover:

• Conference fee
• 3-night accomodation
• Local transportation
• Return air tickets (for max. 10 sponsored participants)

Presenters from the AUN/SEED-Net Member Institutions (MIs) are eligible for this sponsorship. The list of AUN/SEED-Net MIs can be found from the following link:

In this conference, priority will be given to the presenters from Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos to encourage their participations.

Eligible Participants are:
(A) Faculty members of AUN/SEED-Net MIs

(B) AUN/SEED-Net students under:

1. 1. PhD Singapore program
   2. PhD Japan program
   3. PhD Sandwich

(C) ASEAN Field Management Members (FMM)

(D) AUN/SEED-Net alumni which includes:

1. 1. Former students of AUN/SEED-Net scholarship programs
   2. Awardees of AUN/SEED-Net research, mobility, and training programs
   3. Organizers and sponsored participants of AUN/SEED-Net conferences

How to Apply?
Interested person from the AUN/SEED-Net MIs only needs to submit an extended abstract to our conference before 30^th June 2022. The organizing committee will then evaluate the eligibility of the candidate and the quality of the abstract before announcing the results by early August 2022. The successful candidate will be informed via email.
