REGISTRATION PROCESS AND PAYMENT

  1. Complete registration and full payment should be made between 1st June, 2020 until 21st September 2020 to entitle the invitation for virtual event on 22nd September, 2020.
  2. Only fully complete registration forms will be accepted.
  3. An invoice bill will be sent to each participant through e-mail upon of completed registration. Participants will be charge on regular rate accordingly.
  4. Payment can be made online via:
    1. Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT);
    2. Telegraphic Transfer (TT);
    3. Local Cheque (post to Secretariat); or
    4. UTMSmart Application (Invoice Bill Payment only).
  5. Participants are required to attach proof of payment and notify on payment made to the secretariat (ica-symposium@utm.my) if the payment made via EFT, Telegraphic Transfer, or Local Cheque.
  6. A confirmation of payment (UTM Official Receipt) will be sent after the full payment received.
  7. Participants from Federal Government/States Government/Local Auhorities/Statutory Bodies (inclusive of Agencies and Local Institutions) can request to made payment via e-Perolehan or Local Order (LO) (if applicable).
  8. Participants from UTM, payment can be made via Internal Invoice (Invois Dalaman).
  9. Any inquiry regarding registration payment, please contact: ica-symposium@utm.my.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION

Registration Entitlement:

  1. Registration fee includes full online access for all sessions and symposium materials (e-certificate, presentation video record and etc).
  2. All payment should be made in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) only.

Cancellation & Refund Policies:

There will be no refund for cancellation of registration. All cancellation of registration must be done in writing and submitted to the 3rd ICA Research Symposium 2020 Secretariat via e-mail at ica-symposium@utm.my or fax to (606) 974 2998.

Liability:

The Organiser reserves the right to make changes where deemed necessary, with or without prior notice to parties concerned. All disputes are subjected to the Malaysian Law. We kindly ask you to authorise us by agreeing to the Terms & Conditions to use all registration data given in this form for computerised handling of the symposium.
