We develop new knowledge that improves our understanding of the complex sporting environment. Our research centre come from three-difference area specialise in sport product equipment; Biomechanics, Sports Analysis and Rehabilitation. Each specialise comprises staff, interns and research students. We work closely with colleagues in the Faculty of Bioscience and Medical Engineering, Sport Science and Sport Excellent Unit to maximise the benefits of interdisciplinary research.
Our research is funded by a variety of sources including:

- Ministry of Education (MOE) Malaysia
- Ministry of Science Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) Malaysia.
We are also leaders in public engagement and science communication, using our research as a base to make science fun to a wider public audience.
