Endowment Package
Contributions in the form of cash are highly valued, and we greatly appreciate any financial support. Contributions under the Endowment Package are eligible for tax exemption under Subsection 44(6) of the Income Tax Act 1967, as administered by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (LHDN). To remain eligible, company logos, brand names and commercial publicity must not appear on any event materials, montages or banners. Transactions involving commercial exposure are classified by LHDN as sponsorships and are not eligible for tax-deductible receipts. Deductions are capped at 10% of the donor’s aggregate income.
