A meeting was held with the founder of Resonate Food and Beverage, Mr. Junhao Tan, to discuss potential research collaboration in the development of kombucha-based products.
Mr. Tan was also given a tour of the microbial bioprocess laboratory, where he was provided with detailed explanations of the fermentation processes carried out at the Institute of Bioproduct Development.
