This test, a testament to our commitment to your well-being, was conducted to assess the participants’ physical health and fitness levels, helping them understand their fitness status and identify areas for improvement.
This program enhances its members’ social and physical well-being by promoting health and fitness through sports. Additionally, it seeks to foster a sense of responsibility among staff for forming effective social relationships within the university community.
