On 13 to 15 December 2019, the Masum E-sports Championship (MEC) was held at the Ancient Galaxy Hub Melaka. Several representatives from the UTM E-sports Team were assigned to join Mobile Legends, Dota 2 and Pro Evolution Soccer (PES 2019).
A total of 15 students was gathered to represent each category in the tournament. For the category of Mobile Legend, the UTM E-sports won the third place, while for the Dota 2, the team has secured the top-6 position. For the PES 2019 category, the team managed to play in the group stage. However, they were not eligible at round 16. All players have given their best performance and hope they can do better in the next tournament.
