Dr. Nurwina Akmal, a research associate from the Sports Innovation & Technology Centre (SITC) was invited as a speaker in ‘Sesi Pengkayaan Ilmu: Slot Gaya Hidup Sihat’ which was organized by Seksyen Pembangunan Bakat, Jabatan Pendaftar, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.

The 30 minutes talk which was held on 22 April 2020, was initiated by the department as one of the initiatives during the pandemic COVID-19. Dr. Nurwina shared on how to be happy and what’s holding us back to be happy. The talks ended at 3.30 pm which can be viewed via online streaming from iHumEn’s Facebook and Youtube as well as from UTM Talent Transformation Centre’s Facebook.
