UTM has taken a commendable initiative by organizing the 3rd UTM National Sports Day in collaboration with key partners: Sports Innovation and Technology Centre (SITC), Sports Science, Innovation and Technology Club (KSITS), UTM Drone Club, and Kolej Tun Dr. Ismail (KTDI). The event was held on 23rd October 2023.This annual event, strategically aligned with National Sports Day, signifies a commitment to promoting an active and healthy lifestyle within the UTM community. The program includes various sports and competitions, featuring highlights such as the thrilling drone challenge that showcases an innovative fusion of sports and technology. Moreover, sports are a powerful social catalyst that promotes teamwork, camaraderie, and a sense of community and belonging. Embracing a healthy lifestyle through sports participation is not just an individual choice.
It resonates on a societal level, contributing to reduced healthcare burdens, increased productivity, and the cultivation of a culture that values well-being.
