The Sports Innovation and Technology Centre (SITC) showed its commitment to advancing knowledge and innovation in sports by participating actively in the International Conference on Innovation and Technology in Sports 2023 (ICITS’223). The conference was held at the National Sports Institute (ISN) in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, from November 27 to 28, 2023. The Minister of Youth and Sports of Malaysia, YB Hannah Yeoh, inaugurated it.The SITC team, led by Ts Dr Jaysuman Pusppanathan, demonstrated its collaborative spirit, which they had honed over the past three months, by conducting a group workshop to ensure the quality of papers submitted by UTM standards. At the conference, eight articles authored by SITC research fellows were presented, reflecting the centre’s dedication to providing valuable insights into the field.
