Yes. You may use Draft Memorandum of Agreement from UTM Linkages to Application of Research Funding. But registration on Radis will be remarks as “Pending” until your application on UTM Linkages approved.

You may refer to Unit Marketing & Visibility (UMV), Department of Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Research & Innovation) as Secretariat for Application of Research Funding.
