Dear Participant,

Please take note of the following important information regarding hotel accommodation for ICFCHT 2025:

1. 1. Room Reservation Assistance Only
      The ICFCHT 2025 Secretariat is not responsible for issuing invoices or collecting payments for hotel bookings. We are only assisting with reservation coordination.
   2. Payment at the Hotel
      Participants must make payment directly at the Concorde Hotel counter upon check-in.
      Please mention that your booking is under “ICFCHT 2025“.
   3. Request for Receipt
      Kindly ensure you request an official receipt from the hotel upon payment for your personal records or for reimbursement purposes.
   4. Room Types & Rates

   5. Booking Deadline
      The Google Form will close on 25 August 2025.
      If you choose not to stay at the Concorde Hotel, please notify the Secretariat before this date to allow for accurate room allocation.
