The visit was intended to establish practical research collaboration among Sultan Qaboos University and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) in the field of developing membrane technology for Gas Separation and Wastewater Treatment.  UTM researchers have been invited to visit Sultan Qaboos University some time in February and March 2015 to further discuss pacific project among the two universities.
