CSR UTM AMTEC has provided free drinking water service to all guests at the 58th & 59th Convocation Ceremony here which lasted for three days. The free drink is using the results of UTM’s own technology through the Reverse Osmosis Membrane Technology System

CSR UTM AMTEC also involved with exhibition programs in World Rivers Day. Worls Rivers Day is celebrated to raise public awareness and create a sense of shared responsibility in keeping rivers clean from being polluted. It is also an initiative to encourage people to appreciate and preserve the river so that it is always clean and beautiful. World River Day 2017, 2018 & 2019 Celebration organized by River of Life (ROL) ‘Local Agenda 21 Kuala Lumpur’ (LA21 KL) in collaboration with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL), Department of Irrigation and Drainage Malaysia (JPS), DRB Hicom Environmental Services Sdn Bhd (DHES), RCOMM Lestari and Eco Club Malaysia

In conjunction with the month of Ramadan, once again the CSR UTM AMTEC has installed a clean water processing system using Reverse Osmosis Membrane Technology at the Sultan Ismail Mosque (MSI) UTM. This system is capable of meeting the needs of the parishioners in MSI of 1500 people every time the breaking of fast ceremony is held. This program is the 4th time it has been held, starting in 2016
