Dr. Naznin Sultana

Dr. Naznin Sultana is a Chartered Scientist (Science Council, UK) and a professional full member of Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (IOM3, UK). She was awarded her PhD in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Hong Kong, MEng from KULeuven, Belgium and BEng from BUET, Bangladesh. She has authored a number of technical papers for her research and she has given many international conference presentations for her research work in The Netherlands, Belgium, Hong Kong, China, USA etc. Dr. Sultana’s current research interests include fabrication of micro and nanofibres using the electrospinning technique for tissue engineering and drug delivery application, in vitro and in vivo evaluation of biomaterials, surface modification, processing and characterization of biomedical materials.
