POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES

Guidelines for Poster Presentations (Physical)

A judging session will be conducted on September 21, 2022 (4.00–4.45 pm) and each poster will be evaluated by 2-3 panels.

1. 1. All poster presenters must prepare a poster in A1 size (59.4 cm x 84.1 cm). The poster design is flexible, but please make the content/graphic as interesting as you could.
   2. Kindly bring the printed poster to the conference and set the poster up at your respective poster booth between 1 and 2 pm (September 21) in the main hall. Our technical team will be there to assist you on the poster setting.
   3. Poster presenters are reminded to present at your respective poster booths throughout the 45-min session. Besides judges, other participants might be interested in your research work.
