ICSTEM 2018: Schedule

ICSTEM 2018 will take place on 2-4 October 2018, at Sunway Putra Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.
Kindly note that all events and times are subject to change. Check back regularly for the latest schedule and details about conference events. The times below are local time in Kuala Lumpur (GMT/UTC + 08:00 hour).

I-PHEX 2018 and Post-conference workshops require additional preregistration fee and ticket, while the rest are included in the overall conference registration.

Presentation Guidelines

Instructions for Parallel Session Presenters

Congratulations for being selected as an oral presenter in ICSTEM 2018!

The following are instruction for oral presenters:

  1. Please check the program book or the link given above for your presentation slot and be present throughout the whole session.
  2. Presenters have 10 minutes to present and 5 minutes for question and answer.
  3. Prepare a powerpoint presentation related to your paper and copy it to the laptop at your session room before the session started.
  4. Proceedings can be downloaded from the ICSTEM 2018 website during the conference.
  5. Presenters can collect their certificates at the registration desk after Round Table Discussion on the second day.

 

Instructions for Poster Presenters 

Congratulations for being selected as a poster presenter in ICSTEM 2018!

The following are instructions for presenters:

  1. The space provided for your poster is A0 size.
  2. However, presenters do not necessarily have to print an A0 poster.
  3. Presenters can present the content of their presentation in separate A4 papers within A0 size and post on the board given.
  4. Please check the program book or the link given above for your presentation schedule. For your information there will be two sessions, so please do not leave behind your posters and items after your presentation.
  5. Please bring your own soft board pins.
  6. Presenters can collect their certificates at the registration desk after Round Table Discussion on the second day.
