1. Novelty and inventiveness (20%)
   • Novelty of educational practice
   • Contribution to current practice (solve current educational problems)
   • IP Status (Copyright registered)
2. Practicality (20%)
   • Significance of contribution (evidence of effectiveness)
   • Cost effectiveness
   • Transferability to other practitioners
3. Continuous Quality Improvement Efforts (20%)
   • Attend Courses / Workshops / Seminars
   • Refer to local or international expert mentor(s)
   • Evidence of CQI
4. Presentation (20%)
   • Knowledge on practice
   • Ability to convince judges
5. Academic Recognition (20%)
   • Magazine, Newspaper, Newsletter, Book or Book Chapter Publication
   • Conference Presentation / Proceeding Publication
   • Journal Publication (Index or Non-Indexed)
   • Evidence of dissemination (e.g.: courses, training, seminar)
6. Commercial Potentialities (5%) – Bonus
   • Potential to be commercialized to other education institutions
7. Source of Reference (15%) – Bonus
   • Referral point at local and international practitioners
   • Mentor others
   • Evidence of capacity building
