• Contribution to current practice (solve current educational problems)
• IP Status (Copyright registered) - Practicality
• Significance of contribution (evidence of effectiveness)
• Cost effectiveness
• Transferability to other practitioners - Continuous Quality Improvement Efforts
• Attend Courses / Workshops / Seminars
• Refer to local or international expert mentor(s)
• Evidence of CQI - Presentation
• Knowledge on practice
• Ability to convince judges - Academic Recognition
• Magazine, Newspaper, Newsletter, Book or Book Chapter Publication
• Conference Presentation / Proceeding Publication
• Journal Publication (Index or Non-Indexed)
• Evidence of dissemination (e.g.: courses, training, seminar) - Commercial Potentialities
• Potential to be commercialized to other education institutions - Source of Reference
• Referral point at local and international practitioners
• Mentor others
• Evidence of capacity building - Track Record of Implementation
• Years or semesters of implementation by the innovator
• Years or semester of implementation by other practitioners - Outcomes and Impacts
• Impact of the innovation on changes of practices at departmental / faculty / institutional level
