Important information:
- For Student participants, please present your student matric card. No substitute is allowed if the student can not attend. Full fee is applied if the lecturer wants to replace the student.
- No-show policy – Before the early bird period, if the paid participant wished to withdraw, only 50% of the registration fee will be returned. After the early bird period, should the paid participant failed to attend the conference or wish to withdraw, the registration fee will not be returned.
- No-replacement policy – The participants allowed to join the conference are those who have submitted the registration forms here
